Hands4Others and our team of young leaders are preparing for a busy next few months. Their annual Walk4Water will take place on Saturday, March 19th, in recognition of World Water Day. The team will meet across from Chase Palm Park on Cabrillo Blvd and from there, will walk just over two miles, raising funds and awareness to solve the world’s water crisis.
The walk is always a blast but it is also much more, helping people realize how fortunate we are to have clean water, which cannot be said for many communities abroad. Throughout the world, women and children walk miles daily to collect water that isn’t even clean. You can become part of the solution by coming to this year’s Walk4Water, raising funds and awareness for the world’s water crisis and providing those in need with the foundation for an improved, healthier life.
