The iPhone continues to be Apple’s meal ticket to success after nearly 10 million iPhone 6’s were sold on launching weekend.
Apple has given the consumers a choice between an iPhone 6 at 4.7 inches and an iPhone 6+ at 5.5 inches, considerably bigger than the other. The larger, thinner and rounder Apple iPhone has raised some controversy: is it too similar to the more popular, greater selling Samsung Galaxy?
“The iPhone 6 is simply a better buy than the Galaxy and I will always be a loyal Apple buyer. They make products that are extremely easy to use,” sophomore Maddy Nicolson said.
Apple wows us all with its incredible retina display, smooth rounded glass, and the immense possibilities that can literally be stored right in our pockets.
“I absolutely love my iPhone 6. The retina display is incredible and the camera has a stabilizer to make sure every picture comes out clear.
“It’s thinner and faster,” junior Dani Abrams said. Not only does the phone have a sleek new shape and display, it is tremendously faster with the new widely supported LTE bands and faster download speed, making the iPhone 6 the fastest smartphone available.
Apple has made yet another breakthrough with their new credit card holder on the smartphone.
All you need to do is insert your credit card information and scan your thumb or finger of preference, and voila! online shopping at your finger tips.
But will everyone trust their phones to guard their bank accounts?
“I didn’t know you could do that, but, yeah, I think I would use it. Apple is reliable,” senior Ryan Bickett said.
Not all students are trusting of Apple. “I don’t think I would trust it,” freshman Caylin Zimmerman said.
