Topic: “Community Service-What Does It Mean and Why Does It Matter”
Contestants in this year’s contest are anticipated to be one each from Carpinteria High School, Cate School and Laguna Blanca School.
Each participant finalist of this Club level contest will receive a check for $25. The winner will receive a check of $75 and be eligible for the Zone level contest to be held on or before March 16. The winner of the sixth and final contest held on June 7 in Pasadena will have been awarded over $21,000 in scholarship money.
