Volunteer HELP is Needed tomorrow at our adaptive bike ROAD show -Friday afternoon from 1 – 5 pm at the Living Faith Center parking lot on Hollister Avenue and Auhay streets.
1 pm – Set up: Balloons, safety cones, stations: Helmets, water/first aide, registration, etc
Supervision of riders on their bikes in the parking lot.
Registration staff to be certain the forms are complete and signed.
Interaction with riders, set up, supervision, registration and clean up – loading up bikes.

A fleet of specialty bikes & trykes designed for a variety of individuals with special needs will be available to “test Ride” tomorrow, Friday, Nov 15th here in Santa Barbara.
This is for Anyone who wants a stable bike with accessories adapted for their needs: seats, pedals, handlebars, brakes, seat belts, headrests, back rests, trunk stabilizers, etc. These types of “accessories” are interchangeable on the bike/tryke chassis – making it possible to “design” the bike for each unique rider.
Location: Parking Lot of the Living Faith Center off Hollister Avenue and Auhay street – across the street from the Page Youth Center.,
2 pm – 5 pm
National Scholarship non -profit organization taking applications from anyone wanting to purchase a bike, if they need financial assistance.

We also need volunteers to help us tomorrow from 1 – 5:30 (anytime in between). AND fine a group that will help us fund raise to purchase a fleet of bikes to make available to individuals and groups in our community with disabilities to check out and enjoy bike riding activities.
