My name is Sara Tanza and I am coordinating all volunteers for She.Is.Beautiful The Pinkest 5k and 10k. I heard that you might have some students who might be interested in volunteering! We would love to have them! We will need volunteers from 6:30-11am. All volunteers will receive morning treats, water and (pretty cool looking) volunteer shirts. Volunteer duties will likely include being on the course directing runners and cheering them on. We do require that students under the age of 18 have at least one adult chaperon per group to ensure everyone’s safety.
It would be great if I could get a list of interested students, as I am starting to assign volunteer duties for everyone. If your students have other friends that would be interested as well, the more the merrier! Although it is an all women’s race, male volunteers are also definitely welcome as well.
