Started by Tara Lawrence at age 14 after losing a family member to cancer, Hats Off For Cancer (HOC) has helped more than 1.5 million children and teens across the globe as they battle cancer. Thousands of volunteers participate annually to continue improving the quality of life for these brave young people.
