https://www.lbsseniorprojects.org/We are excited to share with you the impressive results of our grad’s Senior Projects. Like seniors everywhere, they lost so much due to the coronavirus, yet this group came together and carried on with the Senior Project program—a long-standing tradition at Laguna Blanca. Students were supported and encouraged by the senior project committee: Andrew Wooden, Blake Dorfman, Rose Steeber, Katie Pointer, and Trish McHale.

Seniors rolled up their sleeves and took a deep dive into their passions. They created unique and meaningful projects ranging from researching and interviewing scientists, creating surgical masks, finding new ways to help the homeless, building a motorized bike, creating a video game, producing music, and preparing meals with their grandparents. What many discovered was gratitude for what they have in their lives and a sense of responsibility to help those in need. The winner of this year’s Senior Project Award will be announced at the July 31 commencement ceremony.

Thank you to Kiki Tolles ’20, Paige Levinson ’20, and Emma Raith ’20 who worked tirelessly to navigate through a myriad of tech challenges to create this beautiful Senior Projects 2020 website.
