Laguna Blanca’s TEDx
Have you always wanted to attend a TED Conference with all those short, powerful talks by the leading thinkers and doers who inspire you, who challenge you, and who open your eyes to new ideas? Now is your chance.
Laguna is thrilled to invite you to its first ever TEDx event on Wednesday, January 31. The event is produced and run entirely by Laguna students who have managed every detail…from identifying this year’s meaningful theme of EVOLVE and selecting speakers to creating and managing a budget and organizing professional-level audio and visual coverage so it can be shared around the world.
Based on the theme EVOLVE, the conference features 14 speakers, each presenting 8-12 minute talks, as well as performers from all around the country. The day includes three sessions with breaks and lunch.
SESSION ONE
9AM
SESSION TWO
11:15AM
SESSION THREE

Tickets include all day admission to the conference and lunch catered by Woody’s BBQ.
All Laguna students in Grades 5-12 will attend at no charge. Laguna faculty and staff are also welcome to attend at no charge.
Tickets will be available for parents and the Santa Barbara community to purchase.
Due to limited seating, tickets will be available exclusively to the Laguna community until Wednesday, January 10 . After this date, tickets will be open to the public. As we anticipate a sold-out event, we recommend purchasing your tickets today.
