AHA! Opportunities

We host a number of in-school and after AHA_FallAS_links school programs on individual campuses across S.B. and Carpinteria Unified, but I wanted to let you know about the fall after-school programs and weekend farm group available to all local students. AHA! would love to invite any of your students that might want some additional support and chances to connect with other youth. Please spread the word to anyone who might benefit from these offerings!
PLEASE NOTE STUDENTS RECEIVE COMMUNITY SERVICE HOURS FOR PARTICIPATION AND ANY STUDENT ENROLLED IN ONE OF OUR PROGRAMS CAN RECEIVE FREE COUNSELING AND REFERRALS.

AHA!, a Santa Barbara nonprofit, is offering a by-donation 12-week teen program in person! All Gender’ Group, Girls’ Group, Ally Group, Creative, Peace Builders & Music Group are open to local 14-19-year-olds in Santa Barbara who will meet in person (following all CDC guidelines). Creative and Peace Builders are also open to younger students in 7th and 8th grades.
Groups run Monday-Friday. Each meets once a week from 4:00pm to 5:30pm, October through early December. If interested, teens should visit our website to learn more. Enrolling is as simple as submitting this online application. Teens are encouraged to sign up for more than one group per week!
