Chocolate Covered Almond Clusters

  • 8oz of chocolate chips
  • Almonds (we used marcona)
  • Sea salt to taste



  1. Melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals.
  2. Once the chocolate is melted, add in the almonds and mix.
  3. Use a spoon to scoop up a few almonds to make clusters and put them on a tray.
  4. Add a pinch of sea salt on top.
  5. Put them in the freezer for approximately 30 minutes.
  6. Enjoy!
