Ingredients:

  • 3 beets
  • 6 carrots
  • 8 potatoes
  • 4 pickles
  • ⅓ cup sunflower seed oil
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of pepper

Directions:

  1. Boil beets, carrots and potatoes then peel.
  2. Cut beets, carrots, potatoes and pickles.
  3. Add sunflower seed oil, salt and pepper.
